Mr. P just repaired my daughter’s 2017 Ford Edge that needed a new starter. He was friendly and knowledgeable with 35+ years experience. I changed out the battery, but I needed him to come along and diagnose and replace the part. The car wouldn’t start and I didn’t want to have the car towed. This is a really good guy you can trust!
I cannot express enough how experienced and patient Mr. Padilla is! Best experience I’ve had with any mechanic. I was told by a mechanic company that three experienced mechanics could not figure out what was wrong with my Dodge and Mr P figured it out. His work was very thorough and was explaining things to me as he was working on my vehicle. Beyond my expectations for mechanic very organized and had all the tools he needed! Thank you, sir!
Can't say enough good things. He arrived in a timely manner to assess both my car as well as my wife's. He offered solutions to both of our issues and is extremely kind. Would recommend to anyone.
Called Mr.Padilla today to see when he could come out a take a look at my care and sure enough. He came out right away. Had A LOT going on at the time and he was really patient with me. He diagnosed my car quickly and it turned out to be a MUCH bigger issue than I thought it would be. He did an awesome job. He was very polite and very detailed. Highly recommend. I will definitely be calling him again when needed.
Major brake issues on a Saturday morning!! This usually means towing it Monday to an expensive auto shop and being without my vehicle for who knows how long. However, I found VIP mobile. Mr. Padilla was at my house within a couple of hours off another job.
