Mr. Padilla handled a very difficult issue regarding my BCM needing to be replaced and reprogrammed with a module from a different vehicle in my 2013 Ford F-150. He came out on the weekend, and was extremely accommodating and professional. He had all the latest equipment and tech, and most importantly he had the skills, experience, and expertise to match.
