I've been going to this doctors for 12 years, I found myself reading the reviews this morning I was pretty disappointed Dr seegobin, who's not my family doctor but has dealt with me in times of need He's always got a smile happy to see me,never leaves his patients waiting, the waiting room may be full but not because of dr seegobin. When patients book appointments, there is no way of telling whos going to need what when, leading to wait times, slowly setting the dr back each appointment . On hold for over 40 minutes! Unbelievable. I worked as a receptionist and that is just unacceptable. As per other reviews, looks like the front desk requires an update.
I called to book an appointment for Dr Rai for May 9th a week prior to that date. Only to be told by the receptionist when I walked in that the appointment was never put into the system. The long wait times in the waiting area I can handle. What I can't handle is my appointment not even being booked in the schedule prior to me coming in. Oh it gets worse! I also found out that Dr Rai is no longer practicing medicine or prescribing medication and wasn't called about it or receive a voicemail concerning that! Poor communicatio... read more
