Always greeted with a smile.but I always smile as well
On hold for over 40 minutes! Unbelievable. I worked as a receptionist and that is just unacceptable. As per other reviews, looks like the front desk requires an update.
I called to book an appointment for Dr Rai for May 9th a week prior to that date. Only to be told by the receptionist when I walked in that the appointment was never put into the system. The long wait times in the waiting area I can handle. What I can't handle is my appointment not even being booked in the schedule prior to me coming in. Oh it gets worse! I also found out that Dr Rai is no longer practicing medicine or prescribing medication and wasn't called about it or receive a voicemail concerning that! Poor communicatio... read more
You guys should learn how to update your Google hours because you are closed on Sunday. Your hours are incorrect online.
The receptionist is so kind and compassionate. Dr Roy is my family doctor, but an on-going issue had me booking a last minute appt with Dr Seegobin. He was great and helped with my issues. He even took the time and called me back after I had a few further questions to ask, post appointment. Really impressed with the level of care I receive at this clinic. Thank you!
