Dr.Attalah is very professional and patient. I've heard stories of some family doctors in GTA being very pushy and only allowing patient to ask only one question at one appointment which lasts even less than 5mins just to make more money. Yeah giving up on them. Per the words of the receptionist: the doctor teaches everyone so it takes a long long time. He's your family doctor so you can't do walkin. Everywhere else walkin is slower but here its faster. Multiple people walked in after me and were seen while I just sat there. Left work 3 hours early for nothing. My boyfriend been coming to VIP Medical Centre for his allergy shots and we were both blown away by how smooth everything was! From the second we checked in, the reception team made us feel totally welcome and answered all our newbie questions about the immunotherapy schedule. The nurse who administered the shot was super gentle—my boyfriend barely felt the needle—and she walked us through the post‑shot observation process so we knew exactly what to expect. Love doctors office. They always help get you in right away. Shout-out to dr.nemia she is such a sweetheart who truly cares for her patients and goes above and beyond. She is the best doctor I've ever had and appreciate all that she does for me.
I had a meet-and-greet scheduled for 1pm with Dr. Atallah. After 30 minutes of waiting, I inquired of when I would be called. It was then that I was informed he was not even in yet, but should have arrived by my appointment time. Another 10 minutes passed and they said he should arrive within 5 minutes. In the meantime, they took my weight, blood pressure and height -- seemingly to pacify me in the vain of "doing something" while I waited.
