Business performed unnecessary work. I dropped off my chainsaw which was recently purchased (Sept 2025) on Saturday because the pull cord had no tension (I demonstrated the issue) and asked the man at the counter if they could check it out under warranty. He confirmed they do warranty work and also mentioned that the mechanism could simply be frozen. Best place to go awesome staff
We needed a new head for our stihl weed washer so my husband went here for a replacement. He gave them the model number and they sold him a knock off. It didn't fit so he just tried to return it and was going to have them order a stihl replacement. Because it was past 2 weeks, they refused him a refund and to order the proper part from Stihl. We will be going elsewhere for the part.
