I booked an online appointment for 2/8/26 and was told I have to comr back at 230. Um no thats why I scheduled a time. Horrible service will not try to use again. I was also the only person there. Waste of time and gas is all I got. No excuse for sorry setvicr

Overall, good experience. My wife and I got the 60 minute full body massage. We had oil out on and hot stones as well. The masseuse and masseur were quite experienced and knew what they were doing. The staff seemed to be arguing when we came, and they couldn’t really speak English too well. Would come back again for another massage regardless.

I called to the store and talked to the lady on the phone about paying for services. I live in a different state I was paying for them for a family member. She told me they could not take anything over the phone I asked if I could speak to a manager. She told me there was no manager and hung up on me

Love the consistency of fast service with walk-ins. Have used VIP for years. Peter has obvious technique and has helped with my shoulders specifically. Appreciate they are open Sundays and until 9PM!
