Today I came in for an oil change. All 2 gates were occupied by staff, so we picked a gate with fewer cars and waited. After some time, an employee finally came over – only to completely ignore us and take a car from a different gate instead. This is no way to treat customers. And this is not the first issue: on our last visit, an employee spilled oil all over the alternator, resulting in a $400 CAD repair bill that we had to cover ourselves. Absolutely negligent.

I went there for an oil change, and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I recently bought a vehicle from the marketplace and had no idea when the last oil change was done. They were very honest and told me the oil had been changed only 2,000 km ago. I also wanted to change the transmission fluid, but they informed me it was done just 10,000 km ago, so it wasn’t necessary. They checked the coolant and everything else for me as well.
