I used VIP Limousine &Tuxedo this past weekend for my son’s wedding. I was recommended to them by my husband’s coworker. Talking to Aza and then booking with her was terrific. She was a pleasure to deal with. The limos showed up on time for all of the pick ups and drop offs and the drivers were extremely friendly. The limos were clean and stocked. I highly recommend this company for your transportation needs for any occasion.
We rented four tuxes , came in amazing quality , clean and such an amazing price. We were taken care of very carefully and measured exactly. We were accommodated for last minute changes, because grooms were losing weight. Also ordered limos they were on time on the dot and fully stocked. Came clean , great drivers and vehicles were new. Any event , I’m going to this place because I trust them to handle everything. We had a flawless night !
Arrogant and unpleasant.
We used this company to make a transfer from New York JFK airport to New York Newark airport. We booked a driver to go faster and not miss our 2nd flight to Cancun. We landed at 1:40 p.m. and the Limousine arrived at 3:50 p.m.!! We waited more than 1 hour on the sidewalk!!! I had reserved a limousine; It was supposed to be a surprise for my husband and my 2 children, the surprise was more than a failure, since my husband was angry and my children were crying, because they were afraid that we would miss our 2nd plane!
