Unreliable! Had called the owner and he spoke highly of his company. We scheduled weeks ahead for a tour of Christmas lights with my in-laws. Went to dinner and had told my inlaws that we had a surprise after dinner. Pickup time came and gone. Had to call to see what the problem was. Owner called me back and said the driver was sick and won’t be able to come. I understand that things happen but the communication was not there. Unprofessional and was an embarrassment to me!

After being informed numerous times by the owner, Chuck, that V.I.P. Limousines was a well established and “grade A”company, I was definitely not under the same impression after my limo service. I believe a core standard and element of all driving companies is punctuality, but from my experience that was severely lacking with V.I.P. Limos.
