We had the best experience with VIP limo! Great communications throughout with the owners and driver, transparent pricing and overall fantastic service. Jeff and Joanie were so easy to work with and our driver Christian did a phenomenal job!

We scheduled them months in advance for wedding bridal pick up. When they were 35 min late I called and they informed me they were broken down… and we had not picked u the phone to call me… frustrated.. he then told me he was having the driver picked up and taken to get a mother car and they would be here in 1 and 20 and have us at the venue by 630… wedding started at 5:00… and then I said I am not paying and he said then we are not coming and hung up on me… have we heard of customer service.. not calling immediately when yo... read more

If I could rate this company a ZERO I would. We had rented a Limo for my wedding. They were over a half hour late so we called them to ask where they were and they said they were broken down. They did not try to call us and let us know ahead of time and they figured getting us to the venue an hour late from when the ceremony was starting was okay. We hired VIP Limo to take my family to Delta, Utah to visit the Topaz Museum and the World War II Internment site. The trip from Salt Lake City to Delta is a 2-hour drive, so we thought having a driver take us would allow the eight of us to chat and catch up on family matters. This was our fist visit to the site where our ancestors were held during the war. It was a memorable experience, aided by the competent and courteous service we received from Mike, our driver and Jeff, the owner, who set up the ride.

Had an awesome experience with this limo company for our friend’s birthday party. The driver was super professional, on time, and made the whole night really fun and stress free. The limo was clean, comfortable, and everyone had a blast. Definitely would recommend and use them again!
