John is a very genuine and caring person. He also is a man of his word. I made my appointment with John a week prior to my travel day with the agreement to speak before and after my flight took off and landed. There was an unfortunate situation where his phone was switched with a friend/colleague. I was unable to get a hold of him due to the mix up to let him know I landed at Waco airport at 10:20pm - my plane was delayed.
