Not good experience Carlos did nothing to help me asked about getting lower rate never did anything yelled at me and told me he was a platinum insurance seller and he knows what he's doing and I don't. After that he pushed me off to other people and answering machines. So today I called progressive myself took Carlos off as agent and my insurance on car and bike went down 50 percent. Dudes cool at first till you ask him for help.

Would not recommend, awfully rude! I had requested for my debit card to be updated, and delete old card since it was deactivated due to fraud. I have emails where I provided a supervisor with that request. I thought everything was updated when I saw my insurance was canceled! couldn’t do anything about it due it being the weekend, waited, and called Monday morning (thinking not a big deal) but then they tell me I need to pay a late fee because they ran my old debit card instead of the new one I had provided, when I told the ... read more
