I called VIP because I wanted another price to replace an AC unit at my mother's house. The company I used for years wasn't returning my calls after I had told him I wanted something other than a Trane. He never got back to me so being a contractor myself, I have a very low tolerance for contractors who don't respond in a timely manner. Hector was amazing to work with. He came to check out my furnace and ac unit for an issue I had and he was extremely knowledgeable and shared a lot of information with me. Highly recommend his services and will use him in the future for all my hvac needs.
