You know how people will give you a recommendation and say, “I got a guy”? Hector at VIP is your guy. This man stuck with a difficult situation with my furnace when I think a lot of people would’ve told me the machine was dead. And for the work he put it, the final price was more than reasonable on a very old system with water damage. Hector explained everything step-by-step and I feel like I just know so much more about how my HVAC works and how to take better care of it in the future. This is your guy!

Hector is awesome and helped me in a pinch on Thanksgiving day no less. He took the time to explain my system to me and I would absolutely use him again. Highly recommend!

The heat on the 2nd floor of our home went out and after searching to find a repairman, I chose Hector’s company due to having all 5 star reviews and he certainly lived up to it. Everything is fixed, he took time to explain everything in detail and am so grateful with the cold weather the heat is working properly.

Thank you so much Hector! We have a multi-family. One of the apartments a.c. stopped working out of no where. Hector came to assess the issue and provide options for repair. He didn't just tell us what's wrong and give a price. He took his time to show us everything going on with our hvac unit. He explained in detail the issue and how he would resolve it.
