I had been searching for a place to get my hair done and decided to call VIP. The young lady who answered let me know that someone would be reaching out to me. I later received a call from “Tiffany”I really appreciated that she called instead of texting — it felt more professional. Her communication was very thorough, and she was on time. no stars!!! I recently went in for an hair appointment that was scheduled for 7pm, at 6:50 pm I let the person in the front know i was there for a certain stylist ( the owner ) she sent a employee back there to let the stylist know , the worker never came and let me know anything just proceeded doing what she was doing . The owner then yelled for the employee and she then said “she’s with a client” , the owner then went to the back to where the stylist was… came back out at 7:10 and never said “oh she will be right with you ... read more

Owner is very nice. They have a full service salon in the back which most people don't know. They offer braiding and all. Supplys in general are stocked regularly.
