I came for an alignment and it seems like it was done correctly on the first try, thank God. Great job by the alignment tech. The service team was great as well, good customer service on their part. The only reason the review isn’t a 5/5 is due to the nasty attitude and rudeness of the cashier. She literally tossed the pen at me for the purpose of signing the receipt. Poor service on her part.
VIP honda is one of the finest car dealerships in state with most reasonable prices. Staff is cordial and welcoming. Recently I purchased my second car with same sales rep , David Ogega, after 10 years and he remembered our previous transaction like it was yesterday. He helped me make right decisions and made entire process as smooth as possible. Very satisfying experience. Highly recommend.
