In 2008, I purchased a Honda Civic. My first brand new car. I took it to Thelen Honda for every oil change and any work needed. I got to know Chris McPhee in the service department and knew I could trust him. In 2020, I decided to purchase a new car. I was torn between a Toyota Rav 4 and a Honda CRV but decided to go with the CRV because of Chris in the service department. Sadly, Chris left, and the service department has gone downhill. Bought a 2018 ford f150 haven't even made the first payment on it yet and driver side wheel hub and barens need replaced and needed replaced before it was sold but when doing their inspection of the truck, they missed that part I guess and gave it a 100% ready to sell sticker. Oh, but they do supply you with a 6 month 6,000 mile (limited) warranty but it also doesn't cover any of the repairs. They do not stick by their vehicle's if something goes wrong even if you've only owned it a month

Yes, I wanted to write a review about the wonderful job My salesman did for me when I was purchasing my vehicle over the weekend at the Honda dealership in Raleigh Reggie Jackson Honda. They did an outstanding job working with me and setting everything up in  the car so I wouldn’t have to. I worked with Angel Alicrea and highly recommend working with him for future buyers. I purchased a vehicle for my 19yr old as a gift and now 3 months later I am still unable to give it to her. The staff is very kind and the facility was clean but if you are buying used and paying in cash please go somewhere else. I thought going to a major dealership would be better than a local side buy here pay here but boy was I wrong. When the gentlemen went crank the car the was a hesitation to start which he said the car hadn't been cranked in a while and it was probably smoking due that and the cold. Was going to buy a vehicle, but received terrible customer service. Maybe it’s because I came from a job site (work construction) and didn’t look like the type that was buying?? Either way, took my business elsewhere.

friend bought a car there. within days problems. Three diagnostic tests and a different result each time. Lots of money spent to no avail. Still problems and no satisfaction. Seems like someone wanted to make money off this disaster. Still no solution. Going on since May.
