Made contact with VIP on 20 th May. Have been cancelled twice and now a no show on the 12th July. Extremely poor service
I have used excellent cleaning services before where you don’t have to repeatedly ask the cleaning staff to do what you paid them to do. VIP Home Services is NOT one of those services. Watch them like a hawk. You will have to double check all surfaces, cupboards and crevices. They are not thorough. Not recommended.
Be aware of this company and do not buy any business franchise from them. You will be trapped in a 7-year contract with increasing monthly fees each year, without receiving any clients. What a scam
Phoned to get a Cleaner down South of Adelaide, only to reveal phone call next day saying everyone is booked out - really? All year, all month?,bit poor, will phone a company who can accommodate.
