Absolutely Awful Service - Missing Easter Bunny Photos! Do NOT waste your time or money with VIP Holiday Photos. My experience was a complete nightmare. I brought my dog in to have their picture taken with the Easter Bunny and never even received the photos! After waiting and waiting, with absolutely zero communication from this company, I finally had to call them myself to figure out what happened. Turns out, my photos were just... gone? If I could give this company zero stars I would. I never received my photos after contacting customer service 3 times. I now have to go through the credit card company to dispute the charge, and I lost the memory of my 1 yeard old son with the Easter Bunny. The company is completely disorganized and has technology that doesn't work to specifications that are promised by the website during purchase. I wish people would get together to file a class action lawsuit against this fraudulent company.
Very disappointing when you get your child ready for Easter pictures and show up to the mall at 2:00pm and get in line, only to be kicked out because the Easter bunny “goes on break” at 3pm. So an hour before isn’t sufficient? If reservations are required, say that on your website. I could understand being turned away if we showed up at 2:55pm but come on now. The photos are way overpriced and mediocre anyway.
Pacifier on the floor, trash on the floor. Chair wasn’t even in entire picture. Go to cabelas & save your money!!!!!
They make you sign up for joy membership which is $90 a month just to make a reservation. What a scam. They’re preying on people forgetting to cancel some membership they never agreed to
