Great experience with Alex from VIP!!! We had an older Osburn gas fireplace that would not stay lit. We tried other companies but they either could not help or we did not trust. Alex came in and cleaned and fixed our Osburn gas heater......he explanined exactly what and why he was doing the entire time. He was a delight! We highly recommend Alex and VIP. I talked with Jim Paul, owner, and he said Alex has been with his company for 10 years and is one of his best repairmen. We are VERY PLEASED!
Our gas fireplace went out; pilot light wouldn’t stay lit even after some cleaning we tried. It’s the original fireplace installed with the home. VIP came out, identified a faulty pilot light assembly, had the part and were able to get it going after cleaning and replacement. Cost was several hundred dollars with military discount. But the gas fireplaces can cost over $10,000 to replace so they saved us a lot by getting it running. Alex was really nice and did a great job. They say free consultation but charged $132.32 for a no show fee. It's too bad I can't upload my Ring camera footage on here because no one would give them business.
Great company. They don't charge you just to come out. Fair pricing. Technician was professional and got the job done. I would definitely use them again
