Not an experience we will repeat. Staff was less than professional. Didn't measure my husband right the first time, called to let us know the re-order was in BEFORE verifying it was actually in the store. Two promises of 6pm final fitting/pick up time broken. Was FINALLY able to get the tux 3 hours before the event. And we paid a $20 rush fee for all this. Thank goodness this wasn't a wedding.
