I would highly recommend VIP Fitness Center, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it is like no other gym I have been a part of. V gives amazing one on one attention and pushes you to be better. I love that the mindset there is not about being skinny, its about being healthier both mentally and physically. V's knowledge of the body and training is amazing, I am so grateful I have finally gotten back into the gym after 6 years, working with someone that truly cares about me as a person not just another customer number.
I’ve been working with V for over a year now and she helped me to get my body strong and energy back after surgery. As an older woman, I am concerned about injuries and balance and V works with me on my own personal goals and it eases my fears. I am happy with my body today, her training includes a positive atmosphere and attitude that encourages me to love myself. There is never any judgement of me and my insecurities. I trust V to help me stay fit so I can participate in my life the way I want to. Thank you V!!
