車浩元 howon 貸款經理人非常專業，他非常仔細並且親力親為到銀行處理業務，不像其他broker 只在網上申請，並且每個流程都有詳細說明與指導，讓首次置業者能夠快速理解如何開始流程，大力推薦。 He was incredibly reliable and provided excellent service. As a first-time homebuyer, I had a lot of concerns and so many things I didn’t know, but he explained everything very kindly and clearly. I was especially impressed with how quickly he responded whenever I had questions. The tables he prepared showing how much I could borrow and the costs associated with different home prices were also extremely helpful.

사실 지인 소개로 시드니에 있는 한인모기지 브로커분 통해 집을 사려고 했었는데 그분은 제가 있는 서호주 첫집 정책도 잘 모르시고 그리고 문제가 생길때마다 제 연락을 안받으시더군요 그리고 호주모기지 브로커분들은 언어적으로 문제가 있었고요 그래서 예전에 아내가 추천했던 차호원님 통해서 이번에 모기지를 받게 되었습니다 아마 저처럼 첫집 사시는분들 모두 다 힘든 상황 이겨내고 집을 장만 하시는거 일텐데 차호원님 처럼 고객 입장에서 설명해주시고 챙겨주시는 분은 없을듯 합니다. 정말 강력 추천드립니다.
