The first thing any business should respect is the customer’s time. I found this place on Google, and their Sunday hours were listed as 9 AM to 12 PM. I arrived at their door at 11:09 AM, only to be told they were already closed—without even an apology. How can I trust my hair to people who don’t respect their own schedule. For me that is worst than a bad service.

Went for braid removal service, host was friendly but the person doing the service was very rough when removing my briefs and scissor happy when I came & expressed I had already cut my braids prior to coming when it was a comfortable length. Unfortunately, I will not return to that particular location.

I stopped by the salon hoping for a change, especially with my grays starting to come in more noticeably. My jet-black hair just wasn’t working for me anymore, and I wanted to transition to something lighter to help blend the grays more naturally. Although I wasn’t exactly sure which direction to take, Marlyn and Ni Ni worked together beautifully to come up with the perfect color and the result is absolutely fabulous!
