Vivien is wonderful, so easy to talk to and very understanding and nurturing. She gives you “tools” so you can work on your issues at home.. definitely worth seeing. One of my tools was tapping and it really makes a difference
Just had my second appointment with Vivian, she is a breath of fresh air , Vivian gives practical answers for my different issues , ways to tackle cravings ways to eat foods I eat by adding other foods to help with my sugar spikes simple exercises, ways to control emotions with tapping . If you want to get results I would definitely get in touch with Vivian.
Viv is amazing. Her EFT tapping techniques have helped me tremendously, not only with my health but also in both my personal and professional life. Her guidance has made a real difference, and I’m incredibly grateful for the positive impact she has had on my overall wellbeing.
