Had a terrible experience here, felt like I was at a dentist sales room with procedures and fillings shoved down my throat. Came to a new dentist and the work that these guys did is "atrocious and medically absolutely unacceptable" per my current dentist. Having to redo ALL of the work now. They drilled so far into my teeth and didn't even remove all of the decay or seal my fillings. I knew immediately it was bad work when my floss kept catching and the fillings hurt. DO NOT GO HERE.
This, my first experience with teeth whitening, was a very positive experience. And I could see the results right away. I am impressed, and keen to keep up my brighter whiter smile, so I will return. I was glad to have been introduced to VIP Dental via a coupon I was given during Gay Pride parade, handed to me by Hannah, who I saw today. Omg my worst experienced at this dental clinic. They took my teeth picture but they never said i have problems on my 10 teeth. They just done 2 of them and keep recommended me do implants. They never try to save your original teeth. Dentists are unprofessional they don't know how to do their job. Worst worst ever
Over the past decade, I have consistently had positive experiences at VIP, as have many of my friends. I absolutely adore Dr. Matian. However, my recent encounter was extremely dreadful. Despite having in-network insurance, I was compelled to pay an exorbitant sum of thousands of dollars in advance through Care Credit for medical services. This was in stark contrast to my usual experience, where I was billed for services rendered at the time, and then only the copay agreed upon by the insurance company, the contracted rate. ... read more
Horrible reception person named Nina. No tact. Condescending. Gave wrong info. Just unpleasant. Not very VIP. Not congruent with service provided by doctor and other staff
