We Began as a Property Preservation Company doing work for the bank owned properties, we started doing contractor work after using so many of the local talent and have been doing very well keeping our reputation and creating a fantastic client list. The flood brought many deceitful contractors in from our of state, which has given us opportunities to continue to grow. My favorite part of this business is meeting new people , taking on new projects.

Love Les, the main contractor however ...pay ny job and split each job into 3 parts because they aren't good at making it stretch and applying ot to YOUR then has you waiting feeling robbed.
Absolutely horrible experience. Crew members stole from our house, we found drug paraphernalia hidden throughout our property from workers. We paid for a clean, professional job and got nothing close to that. Shotty work, horrible experience! Save your time and money...go elsewhere!

After multiple bids from other contractors, VIP Contracting Services came in at the lowest most reasonable bid. The bid included a total overall of our flooded home. Being that recent friends, family, and members of the community had been promised the world by out of town contractors, given 50% of the money up front, while the contractor never returned....we decided to break the large job into phases.
