Scam Alert! Over two years ago they attempted to sell me a “vacation package” because I previously traveled with Hilton. Turns out VIP Concierge Services in Kissimmee FL (or VIP Confirmations, the name they tried to bill me under) have nothing to do with Hilton Hotels, Hilton Grand Vacations (HGV) or Diamond Resorts which HGV purchased in 2021.
