DO NOT USE. Empty promises on alterations and cleaning times. Horrible place for employees and customers. You can tell the owner only cares about money, prestige, and getting his next piece. Everything is done 1970's style from the laundry/dry cleaning tickets to the cash register. Most dry cleaning/laundry equipment either broke down or worn out. No automation or computers to keep track of anything, all done by hand. This is definitely a good ole boy business.

Not happy with VIP Cleaners in Canton. Certainly will not have my business in the future. Dropped something off TUESDAY to be hemmed and pressed. I made it very clear that I needed it FRIDAY and was told that would not be a problem. Checked yesterday and they said it had been hemmed, and it would be ready this AM. Went this AM and it had just left to be altered. They call the alteration lady and she rushed to get it back to them and I picked it up without being pressed and it smells like an ashtray.
