Always a excuse. Clothes are NEVER ready on time. Never can find your clothes. Alterations take weeks to get back or they can’t do it. Girl owner is rude as hell to her employees & the employees are always catching the ugly side cause the owners are horrible business owners!

I have been to the VIP CLEANERS I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THERE SAME DAY SERVICES. THEY ALWAYS HAVE MY GARMENTS ON TIME. THERE NEVER A PROBLEM WITH MY GARMENT:)
Please take your clothes some where else the cleaning and pressing down was in poor quality. I also seen they were under new owners, so I figured I would give them the benefit of a doubt but that was the worst mistake, I had to wait 4 days to get my pants back and they should of been next day. I had to buy a new pair of pants just to go to work, I won't be coming back here again, If your smart you won't either.
Guys, the VIP cleaners has had some bad reviews in the past, but I bring you good news! They are under new management with new owners as well! So far they have solved almost all of the previous owners problems, including locating items that had previously been lost. So, if you were burned before by bad management, lied to, and led on, give the new owners a try and I promise, you won't be disappointed!

Had to rate at least 1 star to review, Cleveland location, I took in brand new button down Ralph Lauren dress shirt 75.00,came back with black spots so they sent it back out, then it disappeared, they let me step in back to look through racks, and they had my name, red shirt and monetary amount written on post it, I asked too see manager but supposedly she was never in, I then referred to pkst it, and they told me to come bacj in the morning to receive reimbursement from manager, needless to say the next morning no manager, ... read more
