I`m writting to say good by to the job I`ve had for 11 years, after a motorcycle accident, I was unable to walk, and I was let go within 3 days. so much for loyalty ! Now it is being run by a back stabbing transvestite, who lies through IT`S teeth. Be sure to pick up your things when they tell you that they will be ready or they may not be there.
After working for this company for several years I can attest to their honesty and their commitment to providing an exellent service to all their customers.Well trained staff and years of experience is their secret.
No Respect for customers, no curtasy, and no same day service as outlined. told they sent out it was there the entire time. My suite is ruined.
VIP saved my butt when I procrastinated on getting my bridesmaid dress altered! They got it done for me in 2 days! We have since been using them for all of our dry cleaning. They are so nice and do a great job! Would highly recommend!
