VIP CLEANERS ALTERATIONS IS HORRIBLE. I've taken the same 2 pants to be altered 2 Separate times. The alterations girl sits on phone and is not available to talk or fix pants. I paid $25 for 2 pants to be himmed. She has poor communication skills, refuses to fix problem when I come in to shop. She doesn't have time. Chappys alterations on lake street is awesome.
