I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from VIP Cleaners. I ordered a beautiful formal jumpsuit from Indonesia that featured intricate gold beading. After waiting an entire month for it to arrive, I wore it once to a gala and then entrusted it to VIP Cleaners for professional dry cleaning. Unfortunately, the garment was returned with significant damage.
