Worst customer service ever. Called to ask about the service and pricing and was being rushed. Didn’t even provide detail of what was going to be covered for the price being provided. Says yes to one question and then when I asked again to confirm he said no. Won’t be using their service with that type of attitude.
CULVER CITY CARPET CLEANING really surprised me - their customer service, timely service and quality service is five star all around. I've used them for the first time and they did an awesome job for me. Online order - yes! No mess, no fuss, no drama - just clean carpet. Thank you very much!

Found this company through Google and they don't have great reviews yet. I was looking for a carpet cleaner to come same-day (on a Saturday) or next day, as the one I had booked with another company got canceled that morning. I also noticed that they have a wire deal for $75 and gave them a call to see if they would be able to accommodate my schedule.
