Thank you so much! You all are amazing. I apologize for taking so long to move. I rented the largest truck, and it ended up taking twice as long as I anticipated. If you haven’t moved from a house in a while, be prepared for it to take longer and require more effort than you expect. You all at the rental place have been fantastic!

I had a positive experience with the employees. I successfully obtained a new car. Thankfully, rental prices are starting to decrease, at least somewhat. It's important to remember that consumers are not to blame for the pandemic. Showing loyalty to dedicated customers is definitely a plus in my eyes. I hope that car rental prices continue to return to what they were before this situation. The pandemic has led many companies to become quite greedy, which is unfortunate.
