I live in NC and found a sample of my dress in Raleigh. I was initially searching a boutique that had my dress in their store, in my size so that I could get a more accurate image. That’s where I found VIP Bridal. Mrs.Ellen was transparent about not having the dress in store but told me when she could get it in. I was a little hesitant about paying full price without being sure but I just took a leap of faith.
