We had a great experience with VIP Boats during the initial purchase of our Formula boat, but unfortunately, the service after the sale has been extremely disappointing. It’s been over two years since our purchase, and trying to get warranty issues resolved has been nothing short of a nightmare. VIP Boats is affiliated with the Bluff Creek Marina service department, and the follow-up on service requests has been frustratingly slow and inconsistent. I had the pleasure of working with Coty at VIP Boats. He went above and beyond to help me feel comfortable in the process of buying a boat 5hrs away from me. From maintenance, financing to finding a surveyor and mechanic he was there to help every step of the way. He always answered his phone and he always called when he stated he would. We had a wonderful experience buying a boat at VIP Boats and Yachts. Coty promptly answered all of our question when we called and when we texted. Daron gave us a tour of the boat over Facetime. They gave us such a great deal on our boat we traveled 1200 miles to purchase from them. Daron was so accommodating. We arrived later than we planned and he and Shaun stayed late to help us. We had a great experience, highly recommend!
