I would have left 5 stars and plus for Clarita. She is a wonderful hair stylist and very friendly. I was quoted a price over the phone. When I came in they asked me if it was me who have called before coming. At that point they did not bother to rectify the price and surprisingly I paid $25 more. I mentioned it and the lady at the register started denying what she had told me... I had no desire to engage with her. I paid and left. Furthermore they applied a much darker tone on my roots.
