Vie is a straight shooter that any car guy would appreciate. The man is the definition of car guru. From engine swaps on my 4runner to specialty jobs on a e92 M3, Vie is highly knowledgeable/versed with specialized Euro cars and more. In fact, I've brought my cars to Vie to repair poor work done at other shops. "insert face palm" He's fixed numerous issues from sloppy / lazy shops. Prius...Honda Odyssey....BMW M3... Toyota 4runner... I've yet to come to Vie with a problem he could not fix.
I was referred to VIP because the air conditioner on my Honda CRV wasn't blowing cold air anymore. I had other mechanics look at it and they wanted to charge me close to $600 for repairs, saying I needed a new AC compressor. However the mechanic at VIP was able to diagnose the problem to a faulty pressure sensor. Less than $200 including parts and labor and my AC is nice and cold again. A few days ago I got my car serviced at VIP Autowerks. The mechanic's name is Vie. He was honest and seemed to know what he is talking about. I had a major tune up, oil change, and all four brakes done at a very reasonable price, compared to other mechanic shops I asked. Anyways, I also wanted an air ride system, and just my luck he said he knew someone who was selling a complete set for my car.
