The people was friendly..they explained everything to me with details love that..Customer experience excellent..I do recommend it to everyone to go there it treated people kind, respect, laugh.
I took my car in for a constant misfire. They had to replace the injectors. They gave it back to me with bad misfiring at idle, basically threw their hands in the air and said they didn't know why. It cost over $1500 for this and they made it seem like we would have to pay again to fix what they screwed up. They likely didn't put the intake plenum gasket back on properly and I'll have to end up fixing it myself. My transit van started to act up just as I was driving on Wellington road in London. I’m from another city and worried about getting help on a Saturday. I saw the big garage doors open and pulled in. The guys here were so busy but took time to put my big van on their large hoist. Within minutes, they helped me and without charge! I’m so grateful that they appeared open and were so accommodating.
Brought my vehicle in to switch snow tires to all seasons without an appointment, Andrew got me in and had the tires changed over in no time!
