For real - 5 stars! Oil change on my daughter’s Mini Cooper… ordered the filter for us, got us right in, checked things over, at a great price. Couldn’t be happier!
Called after seeing and reading the 5.0 Google reviews. 24 hours later, it all makes sense. Called another shop in town which wouldn’t be able to see until August 25th. Called Jon at VIP. Dropped my car off less than an hour later, for work the next day. Jon communicated throughout. Sent a video message diagnosing the issue and his recommendation. Completed that work and an impending issue as well. Out the door LESS than 24 hours later. I give Jon and VIP my wholehearted endorsement. Thank you!!!!!
