The Good: Damon is excellent—communicative, transparent, and thorough. The Bad: Scheduling with VIP means waiting about a week for an appointment. You drop off your car on time, expecting things to move along. Instead, it sits for nearly two days without an update. When you call, you’re told it’s “next in line”—but then it doesn’t go in. Wonderful customer service! Very honest and reliable service! I am SO glad I found this shop, after being horribly disappointed by our old local shop. I'm always put in a good mood when I call in, and when I drop off our vehicles. Thank you, Damon!...Even when I fear the cost of repairs. Sometimes the shop pups are there, and offer wonderful emotional support too!...Needed that today. <3 They sometimes are booked up for a bit, because they are that good. Worth the wait, if you can.
I love these guys from Damon at the front desk to The Mastermind Ken I could not have taken my car to a better place. I've lived in the area for over 10 years and this was my first time going to them. From now on I will continue to go to them. The respect and care they have for their customers is completely unmatched.
