The Good: Damon is excellent—communicative, transparent, and thorough. The Bad: Scheduling with VIP means waiting about a week for an appointment. You drop off your car on time, expecting things to move along. Instead, it sits for nearly two days without an update. When you call, you’re told it’s “next in line”—but then it doesn’t go in.
