Can I tell you my experience? I am absolutely floored, pedal to the metal, impressed with my entire experience with VIP Auto. All thanks to Jeff who went above and beyond to find a credit union who would approve my application. After 4 days of researching, he found one that would accept bank statements as proof of income since I’m newly self employed. I just wanted to say I had a wonderful experience with VIP Auto. Jeff helped me pick out just the right auto for my needs. I love off roading and we found a Mitsubishi Montero Sport. On my test drive I noticed it ran a little hot. I told him about that and they fixed it immediately. It took them a few days and when it was finished, Jeff drove all the way out to Chino Valley to deliver it. I had gone there in April to get a new car, what they didn’t tell us which we found out after we bought the car. Some of the first things to pop up were the brakes front and back had no padding and the rotors were rusted, the windshield wiper fluid compartment is leaking like it comes straight out of the bottom, the driver side window doesn’t work for some reason, the tire pressure light is always on and the pressure is fine, on top of other things.
