Pros: got exactly the spec we wanted, it was delivered to our door in two days, never had to walk into a dealership. Great service. Cons: found out after the fact there were manufacturer incentives that were not applied, got a worse deal than a lot of people were getting. Conclusion: they’ll get you want you want and they’ll get if fast. But do yourself a favor: and know all the incentives work the deal out on a lease calculator so you don’t end up over-paying.
