Called after a car accident, explained my car was totaled even sent pictures but they wanted to buy it and could leave it over the weekend while I decided without fees. They acted shocked it was totaled when I arrived, wasted my tow, money, and time. Thankfully the tow truck driver didn’t leave me stranded like they did.
Had my wife's car repaired in VIP Auto Collision Center after it was rear-ended. Repairs involved replacing the damaged lower insert in the bumper and parking sensors, fixing some dents on the trunk lid, as well as painting the bumper cover and the trunk. It was a hands-off experience, as Jerly and team got everything that was necessary and done a great job. Thanks!
