My friend car tolled and this company trying to rip her off. They quote her $9000 and took her car parts away without telling her. Whoever reading this you better stay away from them.

My car was in a very bad acccident. VIP did a fabulous job fixing my BMW You can not tell all. The staff helped with the insurance process I highly recommend VIP

Sorry to say the owner is indeed a miserable and unhelpful person - clearly used to routinely take advantage wherever possible. I had my car towed there after it was damaged in a hit and run while parked in front of a friend's house; I had left it with my friend for two weeks while out of town - and with me not being able to repair it fast enough, the local precinct ordered it towed without leaving any prior notice on it.
