We had quick and extremely friendly service from Dom when our car broke down. He was flexible and even gave us great recommendations for things to do in town while we waited on our car to be fixed.
I recently witnessed one of this company's tow truck drivers behaving incredibly irresponsibly on the road. The driver was speeding well over the limit, aggressively cutting off other vehicles, and even flipping off other drivers, all while operating a large, branded tow truck. This kind of immature and reckless behavior is not only dangerous but completely unacceptable for someone representing a business, especially one that operates heavy-duty vehicles.
