I redeemed a coupon from living social and was treated like a leper!! Mr.Mack wasvery unprofessional and discourteous. I went tjere with thinteny to buy more if needed and to find a permanent detailing place but I guess because I had a half priced coupon which he mentioned i must nat jave been able to afford any other services. Just lost a potential customer.
This was the absolute worst experience I've ever had with a detail shop. I bought two groupon packages totaling about $100. What I didn't know was that they would change the details of what I purchased once they got my money. I'm in the military and was reassigned only 4 hrs away. I was still willing to drive back to this shop to use up the rest of my groupon services whenever I was in town but this shop refused to work with me. I went to VIP Auto Detailing in response to a promotion that they launched due to their participation in Steve Harvey's Hoody Awards. The e-mail promotion was for a free interior and exterior car wash. After I did what was necessary to receive the free car wash, I called to schedule a time to come in. When I arrived at the shop for my appt., a young man took my information and provided me with an invoice that said I would receive an interior and exterior detail. In 2008 my husband and I went to Las Vegas for vacation. We had heard about the Hoodie Awards so we bought tickets to the show. Before going to Vegas we heard Steve Harvey on the radio telling folks to vote for the best car wash barber etc. in their neighborhood. Little did we know, voted the best carwash was VIP in Clinton Maryland near our home. We decided to try VIP when we got home and have been very satisfied with the professional friendly service.
