Really bad service paid for ice maker repair was told it would be in within 10 working days I called after 20 days was put on hold told someone would call me and am still waiting for a call back. I later get a rude call that they would not repair my ice maker if I do not give them a good review.
Horrible experience. Do not use. After weeks of waiting for part. They put freezer motor in going the wrong way. They came back out and said it w as our problem and charged us a service call. They never returned our call back. Do not use VIP unless you want to throw your money away.
