I love this Vet. I feel we get the best care. They now have a new location. At the old location, I felt the price was very reasonable. I was very sad to find out today that the cost of having a dog's nails clipped has gone up to $30.00!!!!! and now by appointment only. I guess that is the cost of a nice new location.
Vet Flanders Vet. Flanders is very nice and so is his staff. They take great care of my dog and handle him well. The call to remind me of upcoming appointments and remind me when his next heartworm pill is due.
I love VIP Dr. Flanders is caring and his staff is excellent and personable. I'm very devoted to my pets and adore them. Dr. Flanders is busy and fast-paced because he does a great service to pets at an affordable price. He's no frills and as an owner of "more than one" dog, I appreciate him! I, personally, think he shows great compassion. I love VIP and the staff. They're wonderful!
Sadistic, cuts corners, rude, uncaring (Dr Jerry Flanders, DVM- VIP) Dr Flanders will save you $ at the expense, health and welfare of your animals. He is a cost and time cutting, rude and inhumane Vet. He euthanizes dogs with kill shots in heart to be cheap, and save his time. He shows no respect to his clients (every now & then he will pretend to be nice), but does not care if he causes extreme pain & discomfort to an animal before euthanasia. So yesterday I went to pay on Thomas surgery and get his pain meds and Christine was right down rude. informing me because I had not called during month iFebruary that they would no longer be giving my dog service which is so inhuman . How rude to harass someone in hard times ! Especially when I was trying make a payment!!! . So I made some phone calls around to other vets and found out that they been up charging my dogs meds whole time . I'm VERY impressed with Dr Flander and staff! I raise Powderpuff Persian kittens and have tried more than 6 other vets since I started raising them. The ONE thing that is most important to me is that they will make time to see my cats in an EMERGENCY. For a breeder, this is BIG! I also like that he will take time to call me and discuss the situation over the phone. His staff are all very thorough in taking notes over the phone and friendly in person.
