Run dont walk AWAY. I ordered and paid in full a wheel Dec 13-2024 and was told it would take 3-4 weeks. Now its March 2025 and they will not return calls or answer any messages. Horrible business practice to take a working mans money and not deliver product or refund money
Do NOT deal with this outfit. I paid them 4k for a job and now i have been calling and texting with no response.

Should have read reviews before I ordered a wheel and paid for it Feb 6,2024 as it it June20 and no wheel , no call back or answer an email or text . Just another bike vendor doing the customer wrong , so sad , when you think we got all the companies like this out another one comes up. Do not get a wheel from VIP
