While visiting from the DC I came here with my father-in-law to workout. The gym is well- apportioned and clean with a good variety of cardio and weight machines, dumbbells, a power cage, benches, trap bar for dead lifts, and just about everything you might need. The best things, though, are the owners and the atmosphere. I got to know Colin and it's clear he cares for his customers. He's happy to answer questions and get you started, and charges reasonable rates for personal training to help you customize a routine. I only ... read more

Everything you need in a gym. Very clean and high-quality equipment. People are nice and clean up after themselves. Owner is very friendly.
